Chapter 1

Tamel Richards, street alias Melodrama, looked at the grown man in front of him crying like a little baby. He hated the sight but he was used to out especially when he knew the reason. No one wanted to die or get hurt. People tried everything to avoid it. Pain is never pleasurable especially if it’s done by the wrong person for the wrong reasons.

“So what should I do?” Tamel asked the sniveling man who was knelt down before him on a plastic tarp. “You fucking stole. I’ve been supplying you for months and then I hear you stole.”

The man continued to weep. He knew why he was kneeling down on a tarp. He knew why Tamel was standing over him brandishing a nine millimeter pistol. He had fucked up. He knew that. He thought no one would know, he thought no one would tell. He had been a good worker for Tamel over the past years but he felt short changed so he took it upon himself to keep a little for himself. He assumed it would be no harm, no foul. Now he was staring up at the guy that would take his life in a second and wouldn’t hesitate. All the man could now was beg for his life.

“P…please…don’t….I….I” the man said between sobs. “My faaam…family. My daughter…”

“Oh yeah I remember your fine ass daughter,” Tamel recalled. “Bitch was fronting, not wanting to give me any pussy.”

“She…she…just accepted to college and…and…” the man was trying to find words to explain his deceit.

Tamel looked at the other two men in the room, his sentries, Bull and Rock.

“You hear this shit,” Tamel laughed. “This whole time I’ve been supporting the Negro College fund and I didn’t even know it. Oh shit, I’m a regular Bill Cosby in this bitch.”

“I…I…don’t…don’t…”the man was having a hard time communicating as the tears poured down his face. “I don’t want to die.”

Tamel scratched his head with the muzzle of the gun he was holding.

“What should I do?” Tamel repeated. “I mean I gave you good business. I set you up and you reward me by skimming from me.”

The man just shook his head with more sobbing.

“Now, law dictates that I handle this the street way,” Tamel declared. ‘But you said you did it for you daughter, right?”

The man nodded yes.

“That bitch still a virgin, right?” Tamel inquired.

“She only eighteen,” the man replied.

Tamel raised his gun up and struck the man across the face with the butt end of the weapon.

“I didn’t ask you that,” Tamel said. “I asked if her pussy ever been tapped?”

The man held his nose that was now bleeding.

“Well?” Tamel waited. “That hoe’s snack box still tight or what?”

“Yes, yes,” the man finally replied.

“Good, good,” Tamel smiled. “You didn’t try for a piece, my gee?”

“She’s my daughter,” the man stated holding his nose and looking at Tamel in disgust for a second.

“I just was asking you a question,” Tamel said. “And wipe that look off your face before this bullet replaces it for you. You think you’re so smug. You the one with dried up snot in your nose. I should just dead you on principle. But I’m feeling hospitable. What college did she get accepted to?”

“Spelman,” the man replied. “In…in Atlanta.”

Tamel smiled wider and gestured for Rock to pick up the man from the floor.

“I have an offer,” Tamel proposed. “You want to hear it?”

Rock yanked the man up off the floor and had him stand up. The man nodded.

“OK, real simple,” Tamel said. “Since I’m supporting your bitch, it only makes sense I get something for my investment, right? So here’s the deal, give me my investment and consider it a down payment on the money you owe me that you will pay back.”

“I don’t understand,” the man looked puzzled still holding on to his bloody nose with his hand.

“Easy, I want your bit…I mean daughter to come work for me,” Tamel clarified. “She just graduated from high school this year, right? College is not until fall. I assume that she has plans for the summer…go away with friends and shit. Well, tell her to scratch that. She’ll be working with me helping pay off your debt.”

“I can’t just ask…”

“You’re not asking, you telling,” Tamel said and then pointed his firearm towards the man’s head. “Three ways this goes down. One, you refuse my offer and you die and I kill your whole family just for fun. Two, she refuses my offer and I kill you while she watches. Or Three, you’ll both agree and you and your family live to see another day. Now what option you think will be best for you?”

“She’s just a little girl,” the man pleaded. “She doesn’t need to be involved in any of this. I fucked up. I will pay you back. I promise.”

“I gave you three choices, that’s all,” Tamel replied sternly. “No outside negotiation. No other deals. “

“Can I talk to my daughter then?” the man asked.

“Sure,” Tamel replied. “You got until the end of tomorrow to bring her to me and we’ll see what choice y’all decided on.”

*************************************************************************************

“Are you really going to make that girl a stripper?” Tamel’s friend, Kaeron, asked them as they drove around in Kaeron’s new Denali jeep.

“I already paid for the bitch,” Tamel answered smugly. “Why not? He owes and he says it was for her so now she owes.”

“Come on, man,” Kaeron said as he drove his jeep around another corner. “That’s cold even for me and you know I don’t give a fuck about a bitch. But that bitch ain’t got shit to do with her father and you know it. I fuck with bitches that really know the hoe and they even say she’s a straight ace, no bullshit. Her father fucked up but she’s not about that life.”

“Listen, first thing first, this is my business not yours,” Tamel informed. “Second of all, I don’t care if she’s about to be the next president. That bitch’s father says he stole to support her, now she’s going to support me and after I’m done with her and I mean truly done, I’m still going to kill that bitch ass father of yours on gee pee. He still stole and I can’t let that slide or else everybody would be trying to give up their offspring to stay out of debt.”

Kaeron laughed then shook his head.

“It’s your world, Drama,” Kaeron said calling Tamel by his alias.

“Damn, right, it is,” Tamel agreed and leaned back farther in the passenger seat.

Tamel looked out the rear side window and all of a sudden, jumped out of his comfort.

“Oh, shit!” Tamel exclaimed like he couldn’t believe his eyes. “That nigga out here like it’s sweet. Stop the damn car!”

Kaeron put his foot on the brakes so hard, he almost pushed his whole body in the steering wheel. Before Kaeron could adjust himself, Tamel had already unbuckled the seatbelt and was out of the jeep, gun in hand.

Tamel walked right about the guy wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt standing next to a woman that was gripping the handles of a stroller. The guy was pleading with the lady that he couldn’t be out in the streets exposed like this. She wasn’t hearing what he was saying because all she kept saying was that he had promised he was coming.

Tamel knew why that man couldn’t be out in the street and he was the reason. Now Tamel had to show grey hood and the woman next to him that Melodrama was not the dude to be fucked with.

“What’s up, nigga?” Tamel greeted by smacking the guy upside the head with the butt of his gun.

The guy fell to the concrete and the woman screamed. Tamel pointed his gun right at the lady.

“Shut up, bitch,” Tamel warned. “That nigga told you he couldn’t be outside. Didn’t he?”

Tamel kicked the guy for emphasis.

“Didn’t he?” Tamel kicked the guy again.

“Yes…but…but…” the frightened woman whined and stammered. “But it’s my…my…mah…mah mother’s birfday.”

“I don’t give a fuck if it’s Jesus’ birthday,” Tamel kicked the guy again. “I told him the next time I saw him on the street, I would kill him.”

“Plah…pluh…please,” the woman begged as the baby in the stroller started crying.

“Shut up!” Tamel said then kicked the man again before pointing the gun back at him.

“I made a promise,” Tamel said. “Drama never breaks a promise.”

“Let’s go, nigga!” Kaeron said pulling up the jeep alongside Tamel as Tamel squeezed the trigger two times and jumped back inside the jeep.

The jeep pulled off the curb with a screech as the woman cried out for help and the baby began whining hysterically in the stroller.

“What the fuck was that about?” Kaeron said adjusting his vanity mirror so he could see behind him to make sure no police cars were behind them or following them. “You just killed a nigga in front of his bitch and his seed in broad daylight. What the fuck is wrong with you?”

“I told you ain’t shit sweet with me,” Tamel stated. “Look, you stick to the hoes. I stick to the gangster shit. That’s why you have a stable and I have soldiers.”

“Nigga, you use my stable,” Kaeron said laughing to calm himself down.

“No, nigga, I own you stable,” Tamel corrected. “I just let you run it.”

“Whatever, man,” Kaeron knew not to keep an argument up with Tamel or he might end up just like that guy on the street.

Tamel looked at his Piaget watch.

“And in another couple of hours, you are about to have a new addition,” Tamel informed.

Kaeron kept checking his rearview and back window for any sign of law enforcement. When he realized he was in the clear, he relaxed a little more.

“What makes you think he actually going to do it or she going to be cool with it and go along with it?” Kaeron asked finally. “I mean the bitch still a virgin for Christ sakes!”

“Don’t worry about all that,” Tamel waved his hand like he was dismissing Kaeron’s question. “Victor has no choice, he owes and that bitch has no choice because he owes. Trust me, a month at the Strip will straighten all that school girl innocent chastity belt bullshit she got going for her.”

Kaeron just shook his head again. He actually heard good things about this girl that Tamel was going to now corrupt. He wasn’t an angel himself, not by a long shot but the girls he dealt with for his business were already down trodden and only thing they knew was how to suck a dick. The girls that worked at his strip club were the same hood rat chicks that roamed the street looking for ballers and used to being on their backs for that dollar. So it was easy for him to deal with females of that caliber with promises of them eventually snagging a baller or some famous director coming in and wanting them to star in their next video. And if they did a little extra in the private rooms, their chances might increase. Mostly all those girls got were the low level drug dealers and gang members coming to see them. Maybe they might get lucky and see a drug lord’s lieutenant come through flossing a little but that was about it.

But by now, the locals knew all the hoes that were at the club or at least had them so they were coming less and less. Basically they just wait for the girls to get off work to just take them home for a private show. Maybe some new meat would help out. He still didn’t feel right about it but shit, business was business. He cared more about money then a bitch’s dignity and respect.

“Just tell me when she ready,” Kaeron finally said.

Tamel smiled. After he broke that bitch in, she was going to be more than ready.

“Listen, just hear me out,” Davids was talking to his daughter as she stormed around the living room in a huff.

“You mean hear how you sold me out like a damn whore?” Charmaine said still not believing what her father was telling her.

Here she was, an eighteen year old girl, with no children, not a high school dropout and not one of those hoochie mommies in the street and now she was being told that she got sold like a slave on auction. Charmaine knew what her father did. She didn’t turn a blind eye to it but she never thought it would affect her. She was busy getting herself together so she could get out of the tenement building that she knew and hated all her life. She felt like the housing complex that she lived in was her prison and she wanted nothing more than to get early parole. The high school diploma she hung proudly in her room was supposed to be the start to her appeal and college was going to be her pardon. Now her father was stomping on her dream like a roach you see looking for a late night snack.

“I can’t believe you!” Charmaine expressed her frustration by throwing a couch pillow at her father.

“Listen, young lady, I’m still your father!” Davids said as the pillow hit him upside the head.

“No, you my pimp!” Charmaine corrected.

Davids lowered his head because he knew that she was only expressing how she felt and she was right.

“I’m so sorry, baby girl,” Davids started crying like he did in front of Tamel.

“You don’t get the right to call me that! Ever!” Charmaine yelled as she grabbed her Gucci pocket bag and proceeded to leave out the front door.

As she opened the door and was heading out, she bumped into the man her father owed money to standing right outside the door.

He was dressed in his urban attire, jeans and a white tee with a thick gold chain to match his hoodlum swagger that was radiant as he stood by the door.

“Oh, you was on your way to me,” Tamel said looking at the chocolate beauty in front of him.

Charmaine looked at this clown that was supposed to be the most feared gangster in the neighborhood. He looked like every lame dude that tried to holler at her and got shot down viciously. Charmaine looked back at her father who had the dumb look on his face with dried up tears streaked across his cheeks.

“Don’t worry, I’m saving you the trouble,” Tamel said bringing Charmaine’s attention back to him.

Charmaine looked at him up and down and laughed.

“Listen, I don’t know what you and my so called father got going but that ain’t got shit to do with me,” Charmaine informed the hoodlum in front of her.

“That’s where you wrong, my dear,” Tamel corrected. “It has everything to do with you. He said he stole because of you so that means it is about you.”

Charmaine wasn’t afraid even though she heard notorious stories about Melo Drama and what he’s capable of doing. She knew she should be a little nervous but she was standing her ground. Fuck her father! He got himself caught up with a gangster not her. Why should she be held off like cattle because of some stupid shit her father was into?

“Listen, she right,” Charmaine’s father finally said. “Whatever I owe is on me. I can’t have my daughter pay that debt.”

Tamel shook his head.

“I don’t think both of you are getting it,” Tamel said still smiling. “I already owned the bitch. I was just hospitable about the shit. Now you acting all high siddity. I have no choice but to respond the way this needs to be handled. You got five minutes to grab whatever belongings you going to get and come on or you can leave with that. It makes no never mind to me but get this straight, you are coming.”

Charmaine couldn’t believe the gall of this riff raff and how her father was just standing there letting this man who was no older than she was just come and claim her as property.

“I’m not going nowhere with you!” Charmaine spit in Tamel’s face and slammed the door in Tamel’s face.

Charmaine ran to her room crying. Davids could hear grumbling behind the front door like there were more people besides Tamel out there. Davids walked a little closer to the door then Tamel spoke loudly.

“That bitch got five minutes to come out or I’m coming in to get what’s mine!” Tamel shouted. “If you think this is a game. Watch me! I’ll have that bitch hoeing for cat food. Do you know who you fucking with? This is not a drill, nigga. Open this shit up and get my bitch or I’m coming in and it won’t be pretty.”

“Please, Charmaine,” Davids pleaded by Charmaine’s room. “Drama is crazy.”

“I’m not going!” Charmaine stated her objection again.

“Ok, this motherfuckers in here think it’s a game,” Davids heard Tamel say from the other side of the front door. “Okay, cool.”

Charmaine was on her bed burying her head in a pillow so she didn’t hear the door bust open and three hooligans busted in and beat her father to near death. She did hear them when they came in her room and snatched her up kicking and screaming for the neighborhood. And for the whole neighborhood to do absolutely nothing.

Chapter 2

Tamel was on the phone talking about business in code. His two henchmen, Bull and Rock, were in the room on opposite sides of the wall. Charmaine was in the middle of the floor where her father had been recently, however, there was no tarp underneath her. Tamel had bigger plans for her.

Tamel got off the phone and looked at a frightened but angry Charmaine. She had been taken from her home by force and tossed into Tamel’s office like a stray puppy. She had fought all the way there, screaming and cursing the whole time. Nobody else seemed to care. People saw the transaction take place and did nothing to help her. She actually saw the faces of neighbors whose children she used to babysat, people who watched her grow up and even friends she knew. They all watched her get abducted.

Charmaine eventually stopped fighting when she realized her cries were going on deaf ears. If he own father could give her up, why would anybody else help? Charmaine just stood in the middle of the room in front of Tamel like a slave for auction. Dried up tears had caked up on her face but she didn’t care. She had been violated and this was just the beginning.

“You know why you here?” Tamel asked.

“Because you’re a kidnapper,” Charmaine answered.

Tamel laughed.

“Can’t steal what it is mines,” Tamel said.

“I’m not yours,” Charmaine said. “Yet, you took me. What you had brewing with my so called father was between you and him. It had nothing to do with me. I wasn’t his property to pawn like some gold chain.”

“But he claimed you were the reason that he stole from me,” Tamel replied.

“I don’t care what he told you,” Charmaine responded back. “I didn’t get shit from that motherfucker. I should have been long gone but I was waiting until I got into college which I did. This was my last summer and I was done. I always hated my father for what he was doing and who he was doing it with.”

“You got a lot of spunk.”

“I don’t care what you think of me,” Charmaine replied. “I had dreams and inspirations and you took them like a cheap ragdoll. I don’t owe you shit, my father does.”

“You’re right,” Tamel said. “It is his debt and he is using you as collateral.”

“Fuck you and fuck him,” Charmaine snapped back.

Tamel clapped his hands.

“I told you this bitch was no joke,” Tamel laughed.

“I’m not no bitch, my name is Charmaine but I guess you wouldn’t give a fuck about that since all you do is threaten and kidnap people,” Charmaine said.

“Okay, Charmaine, what should you have me do?” Tamel asked.

“If you asking me, I’ll tell you to go fuck yourself,” Charmaine replied. “You scare my father. You don’t scare me. So do what it is you going to do.”

Tamel walked up towards Charmaine.

“Ok, so what would you do if you were me?” Tamel asked.

“Go fuck myself,” Charmaine repeated.

“You testing me,” Tamel said. “I’m trying to be nice about the situation.”

“Yeah, you done a bang up job so far,” Charmaine said.

“So I take it you don’t want to be your father’s bounty?” Tamel inquired.

“No,” Charmaine answered.

“Cool,” Tamel said then snapped his fingers.

Bull walked up to him.

“Send the word that Davids’ deal didn’t go through then take her to watch her father die,” Tamel ordered.

“What?” Charmaine exclaimed.

“That was the deal I made with your father,” Tamel explained. “You be his collateral or he dies while you watch. That was the options I gave him.”

Bull went to grab Charmaine’s arm and she jerked her arm away from him.

“So the only way I can keep my father alive is to become your sex slave, is that it?” Charmaine asked. “You want to take everything I have because he owes you a debt.”

“Listen, I’m not unreasonable,” Tamel said. “I know you going to college. His debt shouldn’t stop that. Tell you what? This is a summer thing. Her pops pay off that debt before that time, we good. We all go home friends.”

“We were never friends,” Charmaine reminded.

“Her father has wronged me,” Tamel said. “Street law is I put him down for that disloyalty. I offered another suggestion. If you’re not with it, that’s cool. I still have to do what I have to do but if you’re cool, it won’t even go that far.”

“I’m not being your damn sex toy,” Charmaine stated.

“Fair enough,” Tamel smiled. “But if you agree, you will be working for me this summer at the strip joint. Don’t give me that look. I know you won’t strip but you can be like my accountant, run the place, and keep the bitches in check.”

“I’m not no bottom bitch either.”

“That’s the deal. Go in the strip joint, keep things in order. I know you smart and shit. Sex slave or stripper would demean that. I’m not that cruel.”

“No, you just a kidnapper,” Charmaine reminded.

Tamel laughed.

“I promise as long as you under my protection, nothing will happen,” Tamel promised. “You’re just collateral. Sorry I had to be rough about it. But stealing from me is a very harsh offense. Out of respect that I actually do like you and what you are doing, I spared him.”

‘You did that for me?”

“Yes, so this is a very rare option I would not have given anybody,” Tamel said. “He does what he’s supposed to do and you leave, go to college, leave this hood shit behind you.”

“And if it doesn’t pay what he owes?” Charmaine questioned.

“Well, then that’s a different story,” Tamel said.

*************************************************************************************

Charmaine hated strippers. She thought they were beyond disgusting in her opinion. Day in and day out, watching horny broke ass men look at your body like a damn cheap appetizer meal was not the kind of life Charmaine wanted to lead.

Charmaine hated her father for putting her in this predicament. All because her father wanted to be Big Willie of the block, she had to suffer. Charmaine had to pay the price because her father fucked up and got greedy. And it damn sure wasn’t for her sake. She may have seen a couple of those dollars here and there for books or maybe an outfit. But if her father was really claiming he was spending that money on her, then she really never saw none of it.

But Tamel was right. Charmaine may have hated her father for what he did, what he had promised, and how she was paying for it but she still didn’t want to see him killed. So if working at a lousy strip clubat least for the summer, until she went to school, kept her father breathing a little longer, she could deal with that.

After Charmaine agreed to the terms that Tamel had laid out, she was free to go. She knew she couldn’t try to run because Tamel wasn’t stupid. He was a thug, a heartless criminal, and yes, definitely a kidnapper but he wasn’t stupid. She knew he probably had one of his boys stationed at her house in case she tried anything crazy.

Charmaine didn’t even care about the stares she got when she entered back in her apartment building. These motherfuckers did nothing to help her then nor could they help her now, so fuck them. Some people tried to give her their ‘are you okay?’ look but Charmaine ignored them and headed to her apartment. She would be gone after this summer and she was going to say good riddance to these projects, now and forever. She was never coming back after she left for college. She would find housing out there. This summer would be the last time these ratchet people saw her.

Charmaine entered her apartment to find her father still in the same spot on the floor by her bedroom door crying like a baby. She had no problem getting in since the door was torn off the hinges. Her father looked up and saw her walking in. At first he was startled but when he saw who it was, he sniffled and tried to get up.

“Baby girl, you okay,” Davids said getting up from the floor. “I thought…”

“Hey, pimp,” Charmaine snickered.

“Listen, baby girl, I…” Davids tried to explain again as he walked towards her.

“Don’t call me baby girl,” Charmaine said winching away as her father came close. “Pookie or darling. My name is Charmaine the piss stain. Congratulations! You just made your only daughter the next living whore of the block. Hope you really proud of yourself.”

“Baby girl, I…” Davids tried again.

“Stop calling me that!” Charmaine screamed. “And don’t touch me. Save your hands to touch all that dirty money you used to sell out your daughter.”

“I was doing it for us,” Davids pleaded.

“No, you was doing it for you,” Charmaine corrected. “You sold your soul to a damn dope dealer and then you tried to sell mines too. For what? A couple of more stores? A new watch? A new car? What? I never asked you for anything but for school. You didn’t need to do this for us or for me. I never asked you to. You did that for you, then you threw me under the bus.”

“It wasn’t like that,” her father tried to move another step towards her.

“Bullshit!” Charmaine expressed. “It was like that. That bastard came in here and took me and you didn’t do shit about it.”

Davids lowered his head.

‘I’m sorry,” he muttered.

“Your sorry don’t mean shit to me,” Charmaine informed. “I can’t even look at you right now. Do you know how embarrassing that was? To be dragged out of her like a damn rag doll and tossed in a car like a damn Bruce Willis movie. I can never look at those assholes outside ever again.”

Davids shook his head. “I was doing it for…”

“Save that stupid excuse,” Charmaine said. “You already used it on that asshole and he brought it. Or should I say, he brought me.”

“What does he want you to do?” Davids asked even though he knew he probably didn’t want to hear it.

“Why should you care?” Charmaine asked.

“I…I…didn’t think…”

“What? That you get caught?”

“That it would get this far.”

“Well, it did, pimp,” Charmaine said walking up to her father. “I hope that money was worth it. I really do. I may be a fluffer giving happy endings to motherfuckers that I went to school with. But, hey, you’re sorry.”

Charmaine didn’t say another word nor did her father. She went to her room and tried to close her broken door. When it went shut because it, too, was hanging of the hinges, she just left it and crashed on her bed.

Tomorrow would be begin her new day in hell. She needed to rest up.

She heard her father walking around in the living room but she closed him out of her mind. He was the reason she was in this mess. Charmaine may not have wanted any harm done to her father but she would never forgive him. Even by some strange chance, she survived this ordeal and she gets her chance to go away to college, forgiveness will not come cheap. And even if by some small miracle, she finally did decide to forgive him, she would never forget what he put her though.

Charmaine wanted to call someone. A friend. A lover. Someone she thought about fucking. Heck, she even settle for the geeky nerd boy that offered to carry her books after every class just to be seen walking with her. But she just stared at her cell phone and did nothing.

Who could she tell? And more importantly what could she say? Her father sold her out to his drug dealer friend for collateral against money her father stole but she saw no part of. Yeah, that would make great conversation.

Charmaine just shook her head and cried.

*************************************************************************************

Tamel took another hit of his Dutch Master and blew the smoke out of Kaeron’s car side window. Kaeron was on the driver’s side as usual. Tamel never drove. It wasn’t because he never obtained a driver’s license, Tamel just liked the idea of being chauffeured around. Tamel thrived on someone making all the road decisions and all he had to do was lean back and enjoy the ride like a Boss was supposed to.

Kaeron had driven him to the strip joint that Kaeron was in charge of. It was called the Chicken Strip. The name had two meanings. One was that they actually served chicken strips as part of their buffet platter and the second was the girls that stripped there were what most dudes of the neighborhood considered ‘birds’.

Kaeron parked the car in front of the club and looked at Tamel smoke his blunt. The club was opened already but the real show didn’t happen until late. The day shift only consisted of just a bartender and a few of the reject strippers that were too run down to make money for the night shows. Nobody really came during the day time except unemployed dudes that had to leave the house because their girl or wives were complaining or just local guys that were bored and wanted to see if they could get one of the dancers to give them a quick nooner.

Kaeron never was there during the day because it wasn’t busy and there was no action going on. The real talent and money started at 7 which Kaeron called prime time. Kaeron had an office in the back with a big screen television that showed all the images that the security cameras picked up around the club. After nine p.m., you could always find Kaeron in his back office counting the night’s money intake and looking at the camera footage. Kaeron also had an assistant who used the office as well sometimes to help count the money.

No one was really allowed back there to his office unless it was one of the dancers he called in there for a little private session. Usually the dancers would ask for some side money or an advance or loan and they had to earn it. The payment was usually Kaeron’s liquid kids down their throats or across their asses.

Tamel knew what he did to those girls. He even had a few of them meet him in the VIP room for more than just a private dance. But Tamel didn’t care for the hoes that paraded as strippers at Kaeron’s spot. He just mostly stopped by to make sure he got his cut. Anything else was just a bonus.

“So you got that girl working here, huh?” Kaeron asked.

He knew the locals that visited the spot were going to turn up when they saw some fresh meat in the place, especially young college age fresh meat.

“Yeah, but right now she’s just going to be like a helper,” Tamel answered. “Let her get a taste. I ain’t really trying to turn the bitch out just yet.”

“Okay, I understand,” Kaeron nodded his head.

“Look, I need you to treat this bitch with kid gloves, okay?” Tamel ordered. “I don’t want her freaking out until I got her where I need her, okay?”

Kaeron nodded again.

“Good,” Tamel said. “How’s the morning flow been?’

“Dead,” Kaeron informed. “All the hoes on the morning shifts pull the deadbeats. They be making side deals, though.”

“You get a cut of that action?” Tamel inquired.

“I’m not trying make you a pimp or anything,” Tamel laughed. “But you need to make sure every piece of coochie sold in there, a percentage goes to you. Homage needs to be paid at all cost. If you start letting these hoes slip and start getting money for themselves, they are soon going to cut you out the picture.”

“Like look at this hoe,” Tamel pointed at a lady on the corner looking around while she held a guy in a dirty sweat shirt hand before taking him around the corner. “That shit is happening around your establishment. You should be getting a cut of that action.”

“But she’s affecting business,” Tamel said.

“Because that’s one least dude that’s not coming to look at tail at your establishment because he’s getting it for half price,” Tamel informed. “That’s money missing. And money missing in your pocket is money missing in my pocket.’

“That’s unacceptable,” Tamel said.

“Yes,” Tamel said getting out the car and dropping his blunt to the ground.

Tamel walked up to them causing the guy to startle.

“You having fun?” Tamel asked.

Tamel had to admit the way Macky was definitely good at her profession. He could see why she was such a commodity for the low life degenerates that couldn’t afford a real woman to handle that business.

Tamel shook his head.

The guy started breathing hard like he was forcing himself to cum. Macky just kept moving up and down on his member but it was getting limp.

The guy literally had to push Macky off him.

“You heard her,” Tamel said. “She wants her money.”

He handed it to Tamel.

The guy fumbled in his pockets again and come out with another wrinkled five.

The john gave Macky the money the whole time looking at Tamel.

The man nodded, pulled up his sweatpants and ran.

“Thank you,” Tamel said snatching the five dollars out of her hand.

“No, you deal on my block, I get my cut,” Tamel said.

Tamel pulled out the gun from his back waistline and pointed it at her. “You want to really argue this point with me?”

“As long as you stay here, I get my cut,” Tamel said. “I can make you some real money but from now on, your toothless head game is under new management.”

“No Macky and Drama’s money,” Tamel said.

“Want some?” Macky smiled her toothless grin again.

“Don’t disgust me,” Tamel said. “Just remember what I told you. You do business on this block, I get my cut.”

“I see that nigga ran out of there like a bat out of hell. What happened?” Kaeron laughed.
