I can hear a lot of noise outside this morning. What can it be? It isn’t the noisy traffic.
Ooh, now somebody is whistling and knocking on my bedroom window.
Who can it be? It’s only 8 o’clock.
I open my window and I see Billy standing on a long ladder.
‘Good morning, Emma,’ he says.
‘You frightened me,’ I say.
‘What are you doing here so early?’
‘Oh, wake up, Emma,’ he says.
‘Look at all the street decorations.
It’s party time.’
‘Ah, I forgot,’ I say.
