First and foremost I want to thank spirit for being ever present in my life and blessing me with their infinite guidance and wisdom on a daily basis. I want to thank them for their assistance in the writing of this book and for the channeled spirit messages that they shared with me. These messages are scattered throughout this book and I am honored to share them with you.

I also want to thank my teacher and mentor Miss Jackie.
She has such a beautiful, loving energy and I remember the first day I met her 20 years ago. I knew that we were of like energy and throughout the years she shared with me her infinite knowledge and wisdom. She not only taught me how to go direct but she always championed me on from the sidelines, Jackie I love you.

I also want to thank my loving and patient husband Larry, who grew with me throughout the years. He supported and loved me as I nurtured my gifts and I was able to grow and flourish due to him.

About the Author

Patty is a beautiful light worker and brings her many gifts to us this lifetime. She is a Medium and Reiki Master who draws from the Divine a healing vibration. She is able to see, hear and feel spirit and makes herself available to us as a guide as she is able share with us spirit messages. She views her gifts as a blessing and is grateful to God for He has blessed her so many ways.

Unconditional Love

Unconditional love what is it and how can we access it?

Unconditional love is limitless, timeless and it flows through every human being. There is no one person who has more of it then another, it is just that some are more comfortable in its flow and it becomes an expression of who they are. I have learned along the way, we all have to start somewhere and that only when we can recognize this are we opened to its influence.

Just like you I have had many hard times in my life’s journey but what I have learned from those times is invaluable. I have learned how to recognize that it is the relationships we choose to remain in and what we gain from them that was important. I also realized that some relationships were worth saving and others I needed to let go of. It was finding out that I needed to get out of my own way and when I did I gained a sense of freedom because of it.

It was because of this awareness that I was able to begin to recognize when a relationship was no longer working for me and that something needed to change. It was just being able to find a way to have the courage and the strength to follow through and recognizing the importance of it. It was in that moment when I realized that I deserve so much more and so do you.

Sometimes I dug my feet in and refused to listen only to get knocked down harder the 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th
