Before we get started let’s take a look at a few definitions:

  1. Dust – Fine particles, powder, of earth or other matter, lying on a surface or blown along by the wind.
  2. Particle – Minute portion of matter, least possible amount.
  3. Pollen – Fertilizing dust of a flower
  4. Clean – To free from dirt entirely
  5. Spring – First season of the year
  6. Mental – Relating to or done by the mind

Objective:

To mentally free the mind and body of the minute portions of matter that are lying on the surface being covered with fertilizing dust. To meet this objective is to come into mental Spring. The beginning of a new mental you.
