About the Author
28 Days to Happy was created about two years ago. I was going through a really rough time and I woke up one day and was sick and tired of being sad. The movie 28 days came on and I was inspired. After watching that movie I knew that I just needed to step myself out of what was going on with me one day at a time, so…28 Days to Happy was born. I created a daily, step by step procedure that I had to follow to not only kick my butt out of my sad place but that also returned structure and purpose to my day.
The best time to start this process is on the first of any month, mainly because it’s easier to track, but you can begin the process any time. 28 Days will help you acknowledge the reality of your life and be ok with it enough to move on to the next step. You will harness the organic power that is already within you and live in your happy! You will need some things; a journal, colored pens (red, blue, yellow), a flower pot, potting soil, and a bulb or plant to grow. It’s ok if you don’t have a green thumb.
This book is super easy to follow. It is really just a daily calendar/guide to track your progress to help your healing feel more tangible and it gives you a guide to show how much better you are doing and feeling.
(Denial – Anger – Bargaining)
Real life is not always going to be perfect or go our way, but the recurring acknowledgment of what is working in our lives can help us not only survive but surmount our difficulties.

Do you feel like shit? Are you pissed off, all the time? And when you’re not pissed off are you crying for no good reason? I know – it sucks huh? You’re probably saying, what the hell is wrong with me? You are human. Shocking, I know.
You may have moments when it feels like everything is falling apart and your life has spiraled out of control. It’s what you do in those moments that count. Be honest about your feelings. I AM MAD! I AM CONFUSED! I AM PISSED OFF! I AM HAPPY! (Never feel guilty for feeling the way you feel.) Ever feel guilty about feeling happy? When everyone around you is complaining about everything under the sun don’t you feel bad for feeling so good? You earned your happy so own it. So….WHAT’S REALLY GOING ON?
