This book was created to help bring clarity in people’s lives. This is for all of my hard-workers out there; trying to get ahead in life. If you have ever thought about giving up on your dream; think again. After reading this book, you will be able to get back on the horse. After reading this book you will be inspired to get your dream back. For the longest time, I wanted to be on stage singing and dancing for my wild and crazy fans, but even as life got in the way, I pushed through the difficult times and eventually came out on top; but it was no easy ride. I had to go through a lot of pain and suffering to get where I am. Now, when I look back, only to see how much progress I have made and the things I’ve accomplished, it is only right that I share my knowledge with you. My dream is to be on stage. My dream is to be onstage and to connect with my fans. In order to do that, I have to change who I am and start becoming the person I want to be. I am still singing and dancing today. I just didn’t think that I would have come this far so quickly and still have a reasonable amount time left on this planet. I didn’t think I would have so many connections and people looking up to me for guidance. Furthermore, I didn’t think I would still be in Las Vegas, where I was born. (Where I am right now writing this book). Be patient, but make things happen, and one day at a time!

Chapter 1

Life Is Not A Guarantee

It really means a lot to me that you were here today. It tells me that you’re ready to take the next step towards improving your life. I want you to know, before we dive into everything, that I am proud of you for making it this far in your life. It takes a lot to carry-on. You should know that you’re not alone in this journey. There are lots of people out there who care about you and want to help you succeed. You are only limited by your beliefs. Allow life’s abundances to come into your life. Life is not a guarantee, and it could end at any second. You heard it once and you’ll hear it 1 million times again, Live life to the fullest, and never look back. If you are not improving somebody else’s life every single day, you are wasting your time. I know life is hard, but you can’t give up; You have to fight till the end. Nobody’s got to give you anything. You have to work for it. Treat every day as a blessing. Treat every person is a blessing. Most importantly, treat yourself as a blessing. You can the change the world, but you have to believe that you can change the world. I look forward to sharing with you my knowledge for the duration of this book, and many years to come.

You have heard it before that life is no guarantee and that you should respect ever second you have on this earth. I hold that statement to be true, but how often do any of us really take every second to heart. That would be one hard thing to do; especially with all the factors-pulling us left and right all the time. You are not alone.

I have had my ups-and-downs and figure that life is just simply going to be like that from now until the day I die. That doesn’t mean that I can’t try my hardest to live every day as if it were my last. It is not an easy thing to do; to live life a quarter of a mile at a time and still be productive; and complete your bucket list at the same time, but that’s exactly what I plan to do.

When you wake up in the morning, do you think about money? Do you think about time? Those two questions are highly important and highly effective habits if you plan to start getting ahead in life. Your money and your time are going to be your two biggest priorities from here on out. Together, they will create a world of opportunities. One of them being freedom. The other being a productivity. These are two powerful habits when combined together in ones routine.

Have you ever woke up and planned your day? If so, how would rate that day on a scale from one to happiness? Planning your day is super crucial if you wish to get more productivity out of yourself. The first thing that I do when I wake up is figure out what my cash flow is, and then I write down the time of day that I woke up. I keep track of these two things so that I know if I am making progress or slipping off track. I want to get the most out of my day. This technique achieves more productivity and is new thing that I have been trying. It works.

Are you the type of person who likes to see results? I would sure hope that you are. Results are everything when it comes to business and pretty much everywhere else in life. As human beings, we want results for our efforts; or else we would just be working too hard, right? Since life is no guarantee, why not make every day count? Imagine if you could achieve results and make your life easier while making money and saving time. Do you think you could receive all of life’s abundance by focusing on results? I believe you could, but you have to focus on results. How do you do this? You do this by measuring your efforts. For example: writing down your cash flow and what time you are waking up each and every morning.

If life is no guarantee, than why do we work so hard? We work hard so that we can play hard. Everybody has to work regardless to sustain profits. Who said anything about working hard? As long as you have a passion it will not really feel like a job. As long as you keep projects new and fun, you won’t ever have to worry about boredom. When you keep the excitement alive in your work, you may find that you actually make more money-as long as you charge of course!

Have you ever heard of time-management? I am wondering this because these days it seems as though many of us are horrible with time management. Time management is one of the most under appreciated fundamentals I have see in my twenty-four years of living on this planet. Many people wake up, get dressed, and go through the motions for the rest of the day. This to me is very plain. I would like to think that you and I can do better than that. I believe that we can get more out of our day. We just have to think about raising our standard of living. We have to think about what we can do in a day. What can you do if you had one day left on this earth? I’m willing to bet that you would do some pretty crazy stuff, right? To be honest, I could probably write a book on how time management is a large fundamental to success. I will touch on the subject briefly, but give you the best possible advice I could give; from what I’ve learned.

There is, believe it or not, science and mathematics behind time management. If we break the day down into simpler terms, we notice that in one day, there are precisely twenty-four hours, right? Okay, than we break down those twenty-four hours into halves and realize the two twelve hours that we have. If we break down twenty-four hours into fourths we get (4) six hour windows and so on and so forth. With (4) six hour windows, we can actually see the time we have to accomplish a variety of goals and tasks. You must also factor in sleep time of exactly (7) hours-proper sleep amount for adults. We now have just (3) six hour windows to complete our assignments. This perfectly do-able, but first, before we attack the goals head on, we must plan out those (3) six hour windows accordingly. I like to use a timer on my iphone. You can save a lot of time by realizing this remaining (18) hours of productivity. Now the numbers go down significantly if you have a job. That would mean that you have only (2) six hour windows left, but really in one day you have roughly six hours of get-better time. With that grand-ultimate six hour window (what I’ve been trying to say this whole time) what can you do? I’m leaving that up to you answer because everyday is different. What you do today will surely change tomorrow’s plans; that’s why I focus on what you can do in today’s six hour window. You know what I mean. Just plan on having a six hour window everyday to work on your projects. You won’t regret it. If you have to pull out the timer, than do so, but make sure you get an honest six hours of work in each and every day. Don’t let that math confuse you up there. Just know that when we have to work and have to sleep each day, we are only left with around 12 hours to work on your personal and side project lives. I assuming that your side project is your business.
