Client Screening

Okay so now you have everything you need to find a client! Here’s how to make sure they are legitimate.

Every single client must be screened for your safety! It is a must! I know a girl who booked a new client without screening him and he ended up drugging her, raping her and stole all her money. She woke up not knowing what happened until about a week later when her memory began to come back! It’s upsetting but you must be aware of the risk you are inviting by seeing an unscreened client. It could save your life.

There are two common and easy ways to screen a potential client.

  1. ask for two references of other providers he has seen. He should be able to give you the names and contact information of at least two other girls. You simply call/text/email the reference and ask if the client is okay or not and it’s that easy!
  2. what if it’s a for a new client who has never seen a girl before? Simply ask for his full name and where he works. He will most likely be reluctant to give you this information but assure him it’s only to verify his identity. Unless he would like to give you a scan of his driver’s license. When you get his name and work number, call his job and ask for him. If they connect you to his extension then he is who he says he is. A client planning on stealing from you or hurting you would not give out his real workplace info. Just simply call and say “hello may I please speak to David Johnson?” They say “sure his extension is 1234” great he’s legit and then simply hang up. You have now completed the client screening process!

Preparing for an appointment

So now you’ve landed your client. Verified his identity now you have to work out the details of your encounter. The client will pick a day, time and location. The location is usually a hotel but it’s also often their private home. Or if you offer ‘in call’ the client will come to your location but unless you have your own hotel I do not recommend letting a client into your home under any circumstance. You never want them to know your real name or where you live. These clients can get obsessed and the last thing you want is a client hanging around in front of your house while your trying to maintain your normal life. You can’t really get the police involved either at risk of incriminating yourself.

Here’s how to prepare for your appointment.

What to wear/ how to act

The best way to dress is think function. You’ll want to be in something that comes off and on easily like a dress without zippers or a lot of straps. It’s not sexy to be peeling off those skinny jeans and when it’s time to leave you shouldn’t be wasting time by getting back into your complicated outfit. For shoes I always recommend heels. And not just any heels, heels that you can run in! Yes I said it! If your uncomfortable in the appointment and you need to leave in a flash you’ll want to be in heels you can make a getaway in. You must first and foremost think of your safety! I have been attacked twice in my career and was very grateful that I my wardrobe did not delay my exit! So wear a form fitting dress and some pumps or backless heels would be great. Jewelry is fine to wear but make sure it’s not too big. If your bracelet accidentally cuts into a clients skin..not good.
