BRUNO & BORIS

Friends for life

It's already 6 pm when Bruno takes a walk to the top of the hill, like he always does once it gets dark.

The small hill is just around the corner of the street where Bruno lives with his owners, Mat and Miriam, in a town called Potsdam, close to Berlin in Germany.

He loves going there, enjoying the light breeze in the evening. He always finds dog sticks there as well. Today though, he is meeting an animal there, which can easily put him in danger.

All of a sudden Bruno hears a rattle and sharpens his ears. Seconds after this he is confronted with a boar standing right in front of him. Bruno runs as fast as he can but the boar almost catches up with him.

Bruno is completely exhausted. What can he do? He is out of breath and soon the boar will catch up with him and hurt him badly.

What Bruno doesn't know, Boris, the neighbour’s cat, is lurking in the bush, watching him.

As Bruno gets closer to the bush, Boris quickly jumps out and surprises the boar, it stops and looks at him with a serious expression on its face. Bruno uses the lucky situation and runs off.
