Being on a Keto diet may seem so boring and almost impossible to a lot of people, especially when you don’t have a wide collection of recipes to take you throughout your keto journey.
A major reason your body continuously accumulates that extra fat is because your mind has been taught to restrict dietary fat, so you consume more carbohydrates. But with new discovery with medical science, we now understand that it is more helpful for us to eat less carbs and eat more healthy fats. Our body runs more effectively being a fat burner that a sugar burner.

How can you be on keto without craving for bread, cookies, sandwich and all the easy bites and sweet treats? The good news is all the recipes in this books are low in carbohydrate, so you won’t need to be cautious of how many calories you are consuming while making recipes in this book.
For most people following keto diet, a major challenge they face is the restriction of eating sweet treats. Since keto is a low carb, high fat diet.
One thing I want you to note is being on keto diet does not mean deprivation of eating good food, you can be on keto and still enjoy all those bread and other treats you love.

Servings: 16 Slices
INGREDIENTS
1/2 tsp of xanthan gum
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tbsp of Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Butter melted
1 tsp of baking powder
2 Cup of Almond Flour
7 50g Eggs (1.7 oz)
DIRECTIONS
1. Warm up oven to 355 F
2. Beat eggs in a bowl on high for 2 mins.
3. Add melted butter and coconut oil to eggs, continue beating.
4. In a loaf pan lined with baking paper, pour the beaten eggs.
5. Pour in the rest ingredients and mix until it becomes thick.
6. Bake in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick you stuck into the center comes out dry.
